Ahmed Abugdera

I am an Assistant Lecturer at Al-Jafara University and a water resource management consultant, specializing in climate adaptation, sustainable water governance, and WASH projects. I contribute to Libya’s National Action Plan (NAP) for 2025–2035, focusing on groundwater sustainability and policy reforms. My expertise includes smart water technologies, environmental resilience, and international collaborations for sustainable water solutions in arid regions.
