I am a researcher in marine resource and maritime economics for more than 3 decades. Senior researcher at IRD (Institute of Research for Sustainable Development, UMR MARBEC, Sète, France) and professor at the University of Nantes (France), I am interested in global change issues affecting small-scale fisheries and coastal communities, particularly in small island developing states.
