Sana Pervaiz

My name is Sana Pervaiz. I am doing my Ph.D. in Chemistry from Government College University Faisalabad, Pakistan. I am writing this statement for my keen interest in joining this internship to expand my knowledge and enhance my experience under the experts. In my master thesis, I worked on the application of micellar catalysis for the degradation of organic pollutants produced from coal burning. Currently, I am working on developing a mixed micellar system for the encapsulation and targeted drug delivery. I also did an internship on the mitacs project "Investigation of C3 molecules in space through spectroscopy" at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton, Canada, under the supervision of Dr. Dennis Tokaryk. I produced C3 molecules by the combination of methane and helium and did some spectral and statistical analysis. Specifically, I secured good marks through my career education and also contributed to different projects that led to research publication in reputed journals. My goal is to grow in the research-based field and learn from the experts, which will benefit the world.
