Venkata is an aspiring management professional with a strong background in digital marketing, business strategy, and entrepreneurship. After completing a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, Udupi, they gained valuable experience in digital marketing through a 5-month internship at GKV AAC Pvt Ltd and further honed their strategic thinking while working at Thirumala Brick Industry, where they focused on transforming traditional business strategies into digital solutions. Their interest in global business was deepened through participation in the Canton Fair in China (October 2024) and attending the Global Leadership Summit by Business Standard in 2025. Passionate about conscious branding, they attended the Brand Insight - DECOding Branding and Brand Insight 2025 programs, where they engaged with industry leaders such as Anisha Motwani, Ameen Haque, and Krishnan Subramanian. They have been accepted into EAE Business School in Spain and are currently applying to leading business schools in Europe, including Esade, IE, HEC Paris, and ESSEC. Additionally, they are applying for prestigious leadership programs like the Future Leaders Assembly 2025 in Bali and the Generation Connect Youth Leadership Programme. A regular visitor to the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, they are deeply interested in personal and professional growth through mindfulness and conscious leadership.
