Judith Camps-Castella

My name is Judith Camps I am based in Spain. I am a marine scientist, and I have completed a master’s degree in marine ecology in Chile. Currently, I am a PhD student in the Biodiversity program at the University of Barcelona, which is focus on corals. I am also a EU Young Ocean Advocate. As part of my research, one part of my project aims to understand the genetic mechanisms behind symbiotic relationships in Mediterranean gorgonians, specifically within the genus Eunicella. Beyond science, I am passionate about communicating marine research to the public.
