The Blue Thread is an initiative to promote virtuous examples of ocean stewardship, recognizing and celebrating individuals, organizations, and businesses committed to the principles of the Venice Declaration for Ocean Literacy in Action, launched at the the Ocean Literacy World Conference in Venice in June 2024.
