<div>My expertise and research interests are in integrated chemical and biological monitoring of marine and estuarine systems, methods of diagnosis of environmental quality and health, investigation of metabolism and modes-of-action of environmental contaminants, application of biomarkers to assess animal health, effects-based evaluations for reuse of reclaimed water and cleaning of oil spills, ocean literacy. I have long teaching experience in graduation and post-graduation programmes, and professional development courses for school teachers.</div>
