Has worked for over ten years as an ICZM and MSP expert to PAP/RAC, the UNEP Regional Activity Centre for ICZM in the Mediterranean, based in Split, Croatia. Trained as a spatial planner and spent much of his career in the maritime south west of the UK, delivering innovative environmental, sustainable tourism and economic regeneration programmes.
