Professor Kelvin Leong specializes in data science and AI applications. With extensive experience in spatial-temporal data mining, his work also explores AI-driven decision support systems and sustainability studies. Professor Leong has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, encyclopedia entries, book chapters, and conference papers across diverse fields, including Accounting, Criminology, Computer Science, Education, Engineering, and Management. He has been invited as a guest reviewer for prestigious journals and was honored with Emerald Publishing’s Outstanding Reviewer Award (2020) for his contributions to the Journal of Work-Applied Management. Beyond academia, he brings solid international commercial experience and shares his insights through a weekly column in Hong Kong Commercial Daily (HKCD). He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, UK) and a Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute.
