Lawyer in Portugal since 2017 and in Brazil since 2008 with former experience as a real estate and corporate lawyer at law firms and construction companies. Master in International Law and International Relations at University of Lisbon with study and research experience at CEPS Think Tank in Brussels preparing papers and presentations, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data regarding European Union policies such as Energy and climate change, Institutions and policy making, European trade policy, Economic policy and governance, Financial Institutions and markets, Mobility and migration, and Brexit. Master thesis written under the International Law of the Sea and International Environmental Law.
