XPDC Zooxanthellae is a data collection activity from the organization during the FDC IPB students which this year was carried out on South Buru Island, Maluku which was carried out on September 18 – October 9, 2024. This activity was carried out for approximately one month with the support and cooperation of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) which also accompanied the data collection process. Buru Island is located between 2 deep seas, namely the Banda Sea and the Seram Sea and is passed by ARLINDO. so it is rich in fish resources. Marine conservation areas are an important step in maintaining the sustainability of fish resources, marine ecosystems, and protected biota in them. The utilization of fish resources in WPP 715 has reached an overexploited level. This shows the need to carry out fishing efforts with strict quota-based supervision to prevent overexploited
