I am the CEO of the Biodiversity and Climate Change Observatory in Mexico (OBCC in Spanish). We are constructing the Oceanigraphic Institute for Oceanography in Cancún, México. I am an economist and internationalist with. I hold a Master in Public Administration and International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard University and a Doctorate on Science (Sc.D.) in Conservation and Management of Natural Resources from Mexico's National Polytechnic Institute.
